2. Overview

ProjectFlow is a briefing platform by SosyalBoost Ajans. It collects project information submitted by users so that we can review website requests and prepare suitable proposals or project specifications.

3. What data we process

3.1 Data collected automatically when you visit

  • IP address (temporarily in server logs)
  • Date and time of access
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Language setting

3.2 Data collected through user actions

  • Project and contact information entered in the briefing form
  • Website goals, content requirements, design preferences, budget and timeline information
  • Uploaded files, if provided by the user

3.3 Not collected

  • No account creation
  • No account password or login credentials
  • No payment information

4. Purposes

  • Providing the website briefing form
  • Reviewing project requests and preparing suitable proposals or project specifications
  • Communicating with users about their request
  • Error analysis, security and abuse prevention

5. Legal bases

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (use of the platform)
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operation and security)

6. Retention period

  • Server logs: 30 days – then automatic deletion
  • Language settings: until manually deleted by the user

7. Data sharing

7.1 Service providers

We use the following providers to operate the service:

  • Hosting provider: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany)
  • CDN provider: jsDelivr (design system assets)

7.2 External content

Our platform does not automatically retrieve external content. If users provide links or files as part of their briefing, we process them only to review the submitted project request.

8.1 Strictly necessary cookies

  • Session cookie for form progress and CSRF protection
  • Language setting, if selected

8.2 Analytics cookies

We do not use analytics cookies unless this is explicitly stated and consent is requested.

You have the right to:

  • Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
